To get started, choose the service that suits your needs. If you opt for VerifiedRentals to conduct a rental property visit on your behalf, please make sure you've already coordinated an appointment with the property advertiser. We'll require this appointment information in the next step.​​​​​​​​

Provide Rental

After selecting your service, you'll be guided through a questionnaire to submit the rental details.
If you're only verifying property ownership, simply provide the rental address. Payment is completed at the end of the questionnaire, and you'll receive a confirmation email along with our availability for the scheduled visit.

Receive a Comprehensive
Report Within 2h of the
Scheduled Visit

We understand that timing is crucial for securing a place to call home. That is why we are committed to sending back a completed report within two hours of the scheduled visit. 

If the rental property exceeds 4 bedrooms or if the individual showing the rental property is late, then a turn-around time of two hours is not guaranteed.
