Additionally, if the rental property exceeds 4 bedrooms or if the individual showing the property is late, the guaranteed two-hour turnaround time is not applicable.

If a visit is canceled or rescheduled within two hours of the scheduled visit time, VerifiedRentals extends a 50% discount toward a new request. When initiating a new request, customers enjoy the flexibility to propose a different scheduled time or submit a request for an alternative rental unit. For cancellations or rescheduling beyond the two-hour window, VerifiedRentals offers a full refund for customers who opt not to proceed with our services. Alternatively, we provide the option of a 100% discount toward a new request. With a new request, customers can suggest a different scheduled time or submit a request for a different rental unit.

Discount codes are valid for one year from issuance. When submitting a new service request, discount codes can be redeemed on the service request form. When requesting to reschedule a visit, applicable discount codes can be redeemed on the rescheduling form that will be provided.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll be notified via email, detailing the amount refunded. Applicable discount codes will be emailed to you and will be reflected in the total cost displayed on the payment page and in the email receipt you receive.

Customers are responsible for scheduling the rental property visit directly with the advertiser. Confirmation from VerifiedRentals is based on availability for the scheduled visit time. Customers are also responsible for timely communication, decision-making on refunds or discounts, and cooperation during property visits.
